It’s been a while since I updated I know. I’d like to say I’ve been busy training hard, but that wouldn’t be true. I’ve been training a little bit hard, well I did I lot of hours on my return from Taiwan. The sun was shining in south yorkshire so I made the most of it for the week. I even did a 6 and half hour epic down in the Surrey lanes with the HotChillee gang on their London2Paris training sportive.
Last weekend was the first prem of the season, RCS had a decent start to the 2012 campaign too. Ben Grenda scored an excellent 2 nd, whilst 3 of us made the chase group, but then got sent off course, race over.
This week has been about getting ready for the next prem on the list, the DoonHame/ Girvan 2 Day. The weather has been a bit crap too, but I suppose it was just preparing me for the weekend in Bonny Scotland.
My case is packed with several rain jackets of varying thickness, gloves too.
It’s going to be an epic, I can feel it.
